24 HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE. If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the appointment time, 1⁄2 of the cost of the service that was scheduled will be billed to you, and an approved credit card will be required to schedule future appointments.
The 2nd time a 24 HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE is not given you will be billed “in-full”.
In the event of a “no-show” at any time, the appointment will be billed “in-full” and an approved credit card will be required to schedule future appointments.

All “series packages” are pre-paid, pre-scheduled and are not refundable. Series appointments that are not re-scheduled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment cannot be re-scheduled due to scheduling constraints. No-shows cannot be re-scheduled or refunded. |
